No. The LEDs in mousepads generate negligible heat — milliwatts. Your mouse sensor cares about surface texture and cleanliness, not a couple degrees of ambient warmth. Even if the pad got warm (it won’t), optical and laser sensors handle wide temperature ranges. Focus on a hard, smooth surface for consistent tracking; the RGB is just for show.
