Will a charging mousepad interfere with my mouse's sensor?

Probably not. The charging coil and optical sensor are different parts in different spots doing different things. Modern wireless mice are designed so the coil sits in a dead zone of the sensor’s field, and the sensor ignores anything that isn’t surface texture. The coil’s low-frequency magnetic field doesn’t interfere with the sensor’s reflected light detection. Your mouse will track fine while charging.
