Why does my robot vacuum only charge for a few minutes before stopping?

Start by cleaning the charging contacts on both the robot and the dock with a dry cloth or a q-tip with rubbing alcohol. Also check that the dock’s pins aren’t worn or bent. If that doesn’t fix it, the battery is likely dying—robot vacuum batteries last 2-3 years. Replace the battery instead of buying a new robot.
