Why does my robot vacuum leave streaks when mopping?

It’s usually the mopping pad, not the vacuum. A dirty or overly wet pad spreads grime. Check the pad itself and the water: swap to a fresh microfiber pad, use distilled water or a hardwood-safe cleaner, and avoid max wetness on wood floors.
