Led Zeppelin IV was recorded primarily at Headley Grange, a run-down country house in Hampshire, using the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio. Overdubs and mixing followed at Island Studios in London and Sunset Sound in Los Angeles between December 1970 and February 1971.
