When should I turn the water on at my cabin in spring?

Turn the water on last, after checking for leaks, broken pipes, or mice nests. Start outside, then inspect every pipe and faucet inside. Flush out antifreeze from p-traps first. Turn the main valve on slowly and watch for drips.
