When should I arrive for sunset or sunrise photos at the tower in summer vs winter?

In summer, arrive an hour before sunrise (4:30-5 AM) or two hours before sunset (6-7 PM). In winter, arrive at 6:30-7 AM for sunrise or 3-4 PM for sunset. Winter sunsets give a longer, softer glow and are more consistent, so don’t show up at 6 PM in December.
