Use dry ice (frozen CO2 at -109°F) in a basic rotomolded cooler—not a fancy brand. Put dry ice on top (cold sinks, but its gas pushes out warmer air), wrapped in newspaper to avoid direct contact. A $50 Coleman with dry ice outperforms a $400 Yeti with regular ice.
