What was the original cover of Catch a Fire designed to look like?

The original Catch a Fire cover was a hinged Zippo lighter, designed by Rod Dyer and Bob Weiner. Later pressings replaced it with an Esther Anderson portrait of Marley smoking and changed the billing from ‘The Wailers’ to ‘Bob Marley and the Wailers.’
