What type of cooler should I use for camping and dry storage, and do I need to spend a lot on a Yeti?

Get a rotomolded cooler — they’re tough, seal tight, and won’t warp or crack. They double as dry storage for gear because of thick walls and a solid gasket. You don’t need a Yeti; RTIC, Pelican, Orca, or Costco brands work just as well for half the price. Just make sure it’s legit rotomolded, not just labeled “heavy duty.”
