What time should I arrive for a day trip to Niagara Falls from Pittsburgh?

Arrive by 9:00 or 10:00 AM to have enough time to hit both the American and Canadian sides, including the Maid of the Mist and Journey Behind the Falls, before heading back in the evening. It’s tight but doable.
