The Dell OptiPlex 3000 Micro accepts both M.2 2230 and 2280 form factors in its NVMe slot, and also has a 2.5-inch SATA bay for a second drive. Dell doesn’t expose additional SATA ports externally, so the bay is your only SATA option.
