What is the rule for storing pool chemicals?

Keep them cool, dry, and separate. Store away from heat sources and humidity, in original containers with tight lids, off the ground. Never mix chlorine products with acids, algaecides, or flammable items. If the storage bin feels too hot to touch, move it somewhere cooler.
