Draining and refilling part of the pool is the only real way. No chemical trick or additive removes CYA — stabilizer doesn’t evaporate or break down easily. You can do a partial drain and refill, or use reverse osmosis filtration. Don’t waste money on enzyme products or “CYA reducers.”
