What is the ideal cyanuric acid (CYA) level for a sunny pool?

Stick to 30–50 ppm CYA for sunny pools. Below 30 ppm, sunlight destroys chlorine too fast; above 50 ppm, chlorine gets lazy and less effective. For pools in direct sun all day, aim for 45–50 ppm. Test monthly and adjust with stabilizer or partial drain.
