What is the best time to visit Hurricane Deck for good light and fewer crowds?

Sunrise. You want to be there at least 30 minutes before the sun crests the horizon for warm, dramatic light and long shadows, when most people are still at breakfast. Late afternoon golden hour is beautiful but crowded with tour buses and families. For both good light and solitude, sunrise wins.
