What gauge extension cord should I use for a 15-amp miter saw at 50 feet?

Use at least 12 AWG. 10 AWG is better for a safety margin and less voltage drop. 14-gauge will heat up and could damage the saw over time. Don’t cheap out on extension cords for power tools.
