Regarding the Shark IQ: A flashing red light usually means a jam—something is stuck or the bin needs attention. Nine times out of ten, it’s the brush roll with hair or string wrapped around it. Flip the bot, pull out and clean the brush roll. If that’s clear, check the dustbin, filter, and sensors. Still flashing? Try a hard reset by holding the clean button for 10 seconds.
