What causes that mildew smell from my robot vacuum?

The mildew smell is probably from a damp mop pad or water tank left attached. Remove the mop pad after every use and let it air dry fully. Rinse the water tank and let it dry with the lid off. If the smell lingers, wipe down the pad area and tank with white vinegar or diluted bleach, then run a cleaning cycle with vinegar water.
