What are two ways to see Niagara Falls from underneath?

On the Canadian side, Journey Behind the Falls lets you walk through tunnels to observation decks behind the Horseshoe Falls. On the American side, Cave of the Winds takes you to a wooden platform near the base of Bridal Veil Falls.
