Wet dusting vs dry dusting: Wet dusting traps dust, dry dusting just kicks it into the air

Dry dusting with a feather duster, dry cloth, or Swiffer just kicks particles into the air, where they settle again later. A slightly damp microfiber cloth traps the dust instead. Vacuum with a HEPA filter first, then damp-dust for best results.
