Yes, ethanol-free gas is worth the premium because ethanol attracts water, which turns into corrosive sludge that clogs carburetors. If you can’t find it, use a fuel stabilizer religiously, or buy pre-mixed canned fuel for occasional use. Never let a saw sit with untreated gas for more than 30 days.
