Should I try to fix a bubble in my mousepad?

Don’t try to fix it. The bubble is delamination, and heat or pressure will likely melt the rubber or warp the surface, making it worse. Cheap mousepads are $10–20, so just replace it. For expensive ones, you can try a low-heat iron through a thin towel, but the success rate is low—I’d still replace it.
