Should I stick with DDR5-6000 CL30 for gaming?

Yes. The performance difference with higher-speed kits is usually 1-3% in games, and you’re paying a lot more. DDR5-6000 CL30 is the sweet spot for Ryzen 7000/9000 and Intel 12th-14th gen – it’s fast enough, stable, and doesn’t require fiddling with voltages or motherboard quirks. Higher-speed kits (7200+) can cause instability on some boards, forcing you to dial them back anyway. Spend that extra money on a better GPU or CPU instead.
