Should I enable XMP in BIOS for my RAM?

Enable XMP (or DOCP on AMD) in BIOS to run your RAM at its advertised speed. Without it, your 32GB kit will run at a slow JEDEC default like 2133 MHz or 2400 MHz, and you’re leaving performance on the table. After enabling, check the frequency in CPU-Z or Task Manager. If unstable, lower the frequency one step or bump DRAM voltage by 0.05V — don’t touch timings unless you know what you’re doing.
