Should I bring a wheeled cooler to the beach?

No. Unless it has oversized balloon tires for sand, cheap plastic wheels will dig in and become useless. You’ll end up dragging it, which is worse than carrying a standard cooler. A backpack cooler or soft-sided carry cooler is a better choice for soft sand.
