Glow-in-the-dark cords use phosphorescent plastic that glows briefly after light exposure, mainly to avoid tripping in the dark. Neither makes the cord safer—focus on gauge, length, and indoor/outdoor rating instead. Don’t pay extra for glow-in-the-dark unless you really need to find it in the dark.
