Is upgrading to DDR5 worth it for gaming?

Probably not. The 5600X is still a great gaming CPU, and swapping to a Ryzen 7600 with DDR5 gives only a 10–15% boost in CPU-limited scenarios. In most AAA games you’re GPU-bound anyway, so the same GPU will push roughly the same frames. You’re looking at $500+ for an uplift you might not notice — only worth it if you’re chasing very high refresh rates in competitive shooters. Otherwise, drop that cash on a better GPU or stick with what you have.
