Is the Uniqlo Blocktech parka good enough for spring rain?

Probably. For casual use where you just need to be dry between your car and the office, it’s hard to beat for the money. It blocks light rain fine, packs into a small pouch, and doesn’t scream “hiker.” At ~$70 you won’t cry if it rips or you leave it somewhere. Breathability is mediocre but for short walks it’s fine.
