Is the Skylon Tower observation deck worth visiting during the day or at night?

Both are worthwhile for completely different reasons. Daytime gives you clear views of the falls and rainbows below, while nighttime offers illuminated falls and seasonal fireworks. It just depends whether you want the daytime panorama or the evening lights.
