Is the Schwinn Thrasher a good toddler helmet for the price?

The Schwinn Thrasher is a solid toddler helmet at a budget price. It stays on wiggly heads, it’s CPSC certified, and it doesn’t look like a dorky penalty box. Hard to ask for more from a helmet under thirty bucks.
