Is the Polaroid Now Instant Camera worth the ongoing cost of film?

The joy-per-click ratio is hard to argue with. Each print costs around a dollar, and watching a kid burn through a pack in an afternoon is mildly painful, but the anticipation and physical object make it worth it.
