Is the newer MacBook Air keyboard reliable?

Regarding the MacBook Air: Yes, the current scissor-switch keyboard (since 2019) is far more reliable than the butterfly keyboard from 2015–2019. It has more key travel and a rubber gasket to block debris, so normal dust won’t cause stuck keys. The failure rate is dramatically lower—just don’t eat chips over it.
