Is the Gerber Shard a good keychain tool?

No. The Gerber Shard tries to do too much and fumbles most of it — the pry tool is too short for leverage, the screwdriver tips don’t fit tight fasteners, and only the bottle opener works well. The Leatherman Style PS is a better choice without much more bulk.
