Is the Force Touch trackpad different between the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro?

Regarding the MacBook Air: No, they work exactly the same — same haptic feedback, pressure sensitivity, and click-anywhere behavior. The only difference is size: the Pro models have slightly larger trackpads, but the Air’s is already plenty big for most people. So don’t choose based on trackpad quality.
