Is the Cave of the Winds elevator wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The paved path from the main Prospect Point entrance to the elevator is accessible, and the elevator is large enough for a wheelchair. The wooden walkways at the bottom are narrow and can get wet, so take it slow. Note that the walk from the entrance to the elevator is a gentle downhill, so coming back up requires a bit more effort.
