Unless you see physical damage like cracked housing or a wonky turret, your LiDAR is probably fine. Power cycle the robot, then start a full cleaning run to let it remap and self-calibrate. If the map still looks off, run Sensor Calibration in the app’s settings. Only if that fails should you consider a factory reset. A ten-minute remap is all you need.
