Is 32GB of RAM worth it for gaming?

Not really in a way you’ll notice. 16GB is still fine for most AAA games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Call of Duty — they won’t gain FPS from 32GB. The real benefit is less stuttering if you keep Discord, a browser with 40 tabs, and Spotify open while gaming. But just for the game itself, you’re better off spending that money on a better GPU or CPU upgrade. Unless you also do video editing or run virtual machines, 16GB is still the sweet spot.
