How should I store spring bulbs to keep them viable for months?

Keep spring bulbs cool and dry, around 35–45°F (2–7°C). A refrigerator crisper drawer works great, but keep bulbs away from fruit to avoid ethylene gas damage. Use paper bags or mesh sacks for airflow, and check every couple weeks to remove any soft or moldy bulbs.
