How should I store a mousepad to prevent curling?

Store it flat under a book. Cloth pads with a rubber or foam base want to stay flat; rolling or leaning them causes edge curling. Place it flat on a desk or shelf with something heavy on top for a day or two to flatten it. Never roll it tightly, and keep it in a dry spot to avoid humidity-related lifting.
