How should I fix a cracked roto-molded cooler shell and handle?

Plastic weld the shell using a soldering iron and zip ties as filler rod – it bonds the polyethylene and holds up better than epoxy. For the handle, don’t bother welding; just replace it, because the hinge points will fatigue and snap again under constant movement and weight.
