How long does it take for a rolled-up mousepad to flatten?

Cloth pads with rubber or foam bases need about 24 hours laid flat, longer if thick or cold. Heat speeds it up. Hard pads (plastic, glass, aluminum) spring back instantly. Hybrid pads flatten in a few hours but may feel slightly off until settled.
