Home Technology running battery

How long do robot vacuum batteries typically last?

About two to three years, sometimes a bit longer, before you’ll notice it struggling to finish a cleaning run. Mid-range bots use lithium-ion batteries good for roughly 500 charge cycles, but most people don’t run them daily, so two to three years is realistic. Degradation is gradual, and by year three you’re probably manually docking it more than you’d like.
