How long and difficult is the Cave of the Winds tour?

About half a mile of walking and roughly 350 stairs. The tour starts with an elevator down into the gorge, then you’re on wooden walkways and platforms next to Bridal Veil Falls. The stairs are spread across multiple short flights, and most people finish in 30–45 minutes.
