How do I keep my robot vacuum from getting tangled in Christmas tree lights?

Set up a virtual wall or no-go zone around the tree base, about 2–3 feet out, to keep the vacuum from ever reaching the lights or trunk. Use your robot vacuum’s app to draw a “no-go” zone, or use physical magnetic boundary strips. Also tuck lights at least a few inches off the floor to avoid dangling wires.
