How do I fix a robot vacuum that won't charge or dock?

Clean the charging contacts with a cotton swab or soft cloth dipped in 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Wipe both the robot’s and dock’s contacts gently. The alcohol evaporates fast and removes residue without damage. Don’t use water, sandpaper, or a metal brush.
