How do I enter recovery mode on an Apple Silicon Mac?

Hold the power button (or Touch ID button) as soon as you start the Mac, and keep holding until you see “Loading startup options.” Then click Options > Continue. On Intel Macs you used Command+R, but that does nothing on M1/M2/M3 MacBook Airs. The power button is now your recovery key.
