How do I clean mold out of a cooler?

Mix one tablespoon of bleach per quart of water. Scrub the inside with a soft sponge, let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Vinegar works for light mildew, but black spots need bleach to kill the roots. Dry the cooler completely and leave the lid open for a day before storing.
