No. Boot time is almost entirely dictated by your storage drive (SSD vs HDD) and motherboard initialization. Adding more RAM — from 16GB to 32GB — won’t make your computer start up faster. A fast NVMe SSD and a quick BIOS setup will help boot times, not RAM size.
