Yes, but the difference isn’t huge in most games. EXPO adjusts the FCLK to stay in sync with memory, reducing latency and improving 1% lows on AMD. XMP only sets RAM speed, so Intel sees less stutter improvement from faster DDR5. For pure stutter reduction, AMD+EXPO is a better pairing.
